摘    要:铝电解槽的寿命直接关系到铝冶炼企业的经济效益。本文通过对 1台在焙烧期出现漏铝电解槽及其刨槽状况的观测与分析 ,结合该槽的内衬结构及焙烧期阴极电流分布情况 ,阐述了焙烧期炭块组炭间缝所产生的槽纵向裂纹漏铝的原因 ,并提出了解决电解槽早期破损的相应措施

Abstract:Service life of aluminum electrolytic cell affects directly the economic benefit of aluminum smelting enterprise. Through observing and analyzing the aluminum leakage and excavating condition of an electrolytic cell during baking and in the light of its lining structure and cathode current distribution status during baking, the reason for aluminum leakage through crosswise crackles between cathode block groups during baking is elaborated and the respective measures to solve the earlier breakage of electrolytic cell are put forward.
