摘    要:对几种合金的贝氏体转变孕育期及初期的研究发现,在该期间存在着类似调幅分解的溶质原子的扩散偏聚过程,形成了溶质原子的贫化区和富集区,为进一步转变准备条件。

Abstract:The shear school holds the view that there exists Spinodal like decomposition of solute atom during incubation and early stage of Bainitic transformation. We carried out experiments to verify it. Table 1 gives four alloys with different structures used in the experiment, and the corresponding heat treatment techniques. Figs.1 through 4 give the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) patterns of the four alloys. They show that there are four satellite spots around each main diffraction spot. The X ray diffraction (XRD) profile (Fig.5) shows that there are two sidebands beside 200 main diffraction peak. Our experimental results support the shear school.
