| Abstract: | The reason of the defects such as nliftout white",melting vestige,etc,produced in large -scale precision plastic jet moulding production is analyzed,the relationship between those defects and the structural design of the moulding-die is discussed,and the measures to eliminate those defects in designing the moulding-die,testing the moulding-die and during the manufacturing process are introduced in this paper. |
