摘 要: | 测试维护总线是机载计算机技术研究的难点和关键技术之一,简要介绍了测试维护总线TM-BUS(test and maintenance bus)及其应用,论述的TM-BUS控制器的结构,实现及TM-BUS控制管理机制,应用系统表明运行稳定,该芯片逻辑功能正确,稳定可靠。

On Design and Implementation of Chinese TM-BUS |

Abstract: | Test and maintenance bus(TM BUS) is generally designed and implemented by each company in highly developed countries. We aim to design and implement a TM BUS for China, a developing country. Our TM BUS design is based on two sets of standards: IEEE STD 1149.1 and IEEE STD 1149.5. In section 2.1, we discuss in detail the architecture of our TM BUS. Fig.2 shows its TIU (test interface unit or test controller). In section 2.2, we discuss in detail the control management of TM BUS. Fig.3 describes in detail how control management is implemented. Section 3 briefly summarizes the implementation of our TM BUS . Using XINLINX developing tool, which is the product of the famous FPGA company in U.S.A, we put our entire design into a single FPGA XC 4020E chip. |
