酸浆与毛酸浆籽的超临界CO2流体萃取及成分分析

摘    要:采用超临界CO2流体萃取方法对黑龙江省产酸浆和毛酸浆籽进行萃取,分别以19.67%和26.69%得油率获得了籽油,用气质联机(GC/MS)对籽油成分进行分析的结果显示,酸浆籽油和毛酸浆籽油成分由亚油酸(73.91%和75.52%),油酸(11.21%和12.89%),十六(烷)酸(11.58%和8.54%),十八(烷)酸(3.30%和1.47%)构成。还分析了两种籽的一般化学成分以及籽油的各项理化指标。

Abstract:Two kinds of oil were obtained from the seeds of groundcherry(Physalis alkekengi L.) and hair groundcherry(Physalis pubescens L.),natives in Heilongjiang,by the technology of supercritical CO2 fluid extraction with oil yield of 19.67% and 26.69% respectively.The oils were analyzed and identified by GC/MS.Results show that the groundcherry and the hair groundcherry seed oils contain linoleic acid(73.91% and 75.52%),oleic acid(11.21% and 12.89%),hexadecanoic acid(11.58% and 8.54%),and octadecanoic acid(3.30% and 1.47%).The physicochemical properties of the seeds and the seed oils were analyzed.
