| 摘 要： | 在对矿山应急救援体系进行深入研究的基础上,从预测预警、应急响应、现场救援、总结恢复4个方面对矿井灾害应急保障能力进行了详细分析,并构建了矿井灾害应急保障能力评价指标体系;利用层次分析法和多层次可拓评价法,建立矿井灾害应急保障能力评价物元模型,并进行了应用验证.结果表明,该方法不仅可以有效地结合定性和定量评价,消除因忽视指标权重而产生的误差,还可以细化风险等级,使评价结果更加客观,适用性更强.该方法可以在不同的区域内推广使用.
