| Abstract: | Through the analysis of responsibilities and rights in project supervision, it discusses the misunderstanding of responsibilities and rights in project supervision. It also brings forward some improving advice and principles of supervision, in order to help supervise the relationships between it and owner, and between contractors, so as to burden the deserved responsibilities and rights. |
