撞击流微反应器制备超细硫酸钡研究

摘    要:采用撞击流微反应器制备超细硫酸钡粉体, 并用XRD、TEM、BET对粉体的性质进行了表征. 实验表明, 采用撞击流微反应器, 提高了微混合性能使得反应体系获得均匀的过饱和度, 得到了平均粒径约100nm, 比表面积约60mg-1的超细硫酸钡粉体. 考察了撞击速度和撞击角度等因素的影响, 确定了优化的实验条件.

Abstract:PAANH4 was used as dispersant to improve the dispersibility of particles. The velocity and angle of the impinging streams were investigated to obtain the optimum conditions. Ultrafine barium sulfate particles were prepared in the impinging streams microreactor. The ultrafine particles were characterized by XRD, TEM, and BET. The results indicate that micromixing and homogeneous supersaturation of the reaction are enhanced by impinging streams.
