化纤油剂用表面活性剂使用寿命及热分解动力学研究

摘    要:研究了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的使用寿命及热分解动力学。实验表明,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)和烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(3)的起始分解温度都在200℃以上。两者的热分解均为一级反应,n约等于1。寿命法测得的活化能与Ozawa法测得的变化率α为0.1时活化能基本一致。以失重10%作为寿终指标,建立了表面活性剂的寿命方程,从而可以推算出其它温度的使用寿命,为选择具有相适热稳定性的表面活性剂提供了依据

Abstract:This paper describes the kinetic study of surfactants for textile assistants by means of Thermal analysis. The thermal decomposition of both substances were first order reaction because their reaction orders were approximately equal to one (n1). The activation energy were calculated using the Ozawa and Lifetime methods. Their results were in concordance. The 10% weightloss as lifetime index, the lifetime equations were deduced. The 10% weightloss lifetime of the surfactants under different temperature region was also calculated using this lifetime formula.
