无缝钢管超声波自动检测系统研制

摘    要:介绍了无缝钢管超声波水浸耦合检测的原理.采用探头高速旋转的扫描方式,并设计了用于探头安装的回转机构.采用多探头同步工作的方式,快速高效地检测钢管内部和表面的缺陷.检测信号输出采用电容耦合方式,具有较高的可靠性.试验表明系统的最高检测速度可以达到60 m/min,检测系统的性能指标达到YB/T 4082-2000标准.

Abstract:The principle of water-coupling ultrasonic inspection of seamless steel pipes was introduced. The high speed scan mode with rotary inspection probes was adopted. And the mechanical rotary organ was designed for probe installation. A synchronal inspection mode with multi-probe was presented to detect the flaws of the inside and surface of the steel pipes rapidly and efficiently. Capacitance-coupling mode was adopted to transfer the inspection signals reliably. According to the experiment, the inspection speed of the system can reach 60m/min, and the performance index of the system can also reach the standard of YB/T 4082 - 2000.
