闪变值计算方法的研究

摘    要:对IEC标准中电能质量的一个重要指标闪变进行了理论分析,通过详细研究闪变的理论计算过程,用离散方法推导出一种新的瞬时闪变值p和短时间闪变值Pst的数值计算方法。该计算方法可以应用于电力系统电能质量的分析计算,也可以应用于电压波动和闪变的理论推导。最后,章将该方法应用于一个典型的计算实例,取得了良好的效果,证明了该方法的准确性。

Abstract:In this paper theoretical analysis on short term flicker severity that is an important index of power quality in the standards of IEC is carried out. With detailed study on the theoretical calculation of short term flicker severity, a novel digital method of calculating instantaneous perceptibility p and short term flicker severity Pst is deduced. This method not only can be used in the analysis and calculation of power quality, but also in the theoretical deduction of voltage fluctuation and voltage flicker. This method has been applied to typical calculation example and a good result is obtained, thus, the accuracy of this method is proved.
