摘    要:普光3井上部地层属于高陡构造,地层倾角大,极易发生井斜,地层可钻性差,憋跳钻严重,防斜打直是上部地层施工的难点。该井在施工过程中应用了钟摆钻具组合、大尺寸钻铤组成的塔式钻具组合和螺杆钻具组合。应用效果表明,钟摆钻具组合在表层钻进时,防斜打直要求钻压很小,因此制约了钻井速度;大尺寸钻铤塔式钻具组合防斜效果较好,匹配合适的钻井参数并优选钻头,则能有效提高钻井速度;螺杆扭方位钻具组合是一种较积极的防斜打直措施,有必要进一步探索。

Abstract:The upside stratum of Well Puguang 3 belongs to highly steep structure, and its obliquity is big, which tends to borehole deviation. The drillability of the stratum is poor, and the bit jumping is severe. Preventing borehole deviation and driving vertical well of the upside stratum are the difficult points of the constructions. During the construction, the pendulum assembly, the tower type make-up of string composed of heavy gauge drill collars and the assembly of helicoid hydraulic motor were applied in the well. The application effects showed that the small bit pressure was required to prevent borehole deviation and drive the vertical well when pendulum make-up of string was drilled in the surface layer, which restricted drilling speed; tower type make-up of string composed of heavy gauge drill collars had a better effect on preventing borehole deviation, and it could effectively improve the drilling speed when matching with the suitable drilling parameters and selecting the drilling bits; upper screw torque make-up of string was a more active measurement of preventing borehole deviation and driving vertical well which is necessary to be further explored.
