选择性催化还原脱硝系统设计及优化的数值模拟

摘    要:在SCR工艺中,氨和烟气的混合程度由烟道中的流动工况来决定。实验研究因为设备尺寸的原因而受到限制。将计算流体力学软件(CFD软件)引入到SCR系统的设计中,利用计算机的运算功能对SCR系统烟道内的流动情况进行模拟。通过模拟,对SCR反应器及其连接烟道的速度、压力、氨浓度分布进行分析,以优化烟道和反应器的设计,使烟气和氨的分布最均匀,并使进出口的压差最小,从而完善了SCR系统设计。
