| Abstract: | We describe a patient with unexplained hypercalcemia who under went bone scintigraphy, which demonstrated marked tracer uptake within the hilar lymph nodes. The pattern strongly suggested sarcoidosis, which was subsequently confirmed by bronchoscopy-directed biopsy. |
