摘 要: | 论述了我国钛冶金的进展、存在的问题和同世界先进水平相比之下的差距。针对我国加入WTO所面临的形势 ,探讨了促进钛工业的发展应采取的措施。其中包括 :加强钛资源的勘探 ,实现钛原料 (钛矿、人造金红石 ,高钛渣 )的规模化生产 ,保持钛白生产高水平持续发展 ,重点发展金属钛生产 ,加强管理和研究新技术大幅度降低钛制品生产成本 ,促进金属钛更广泛应用。

Discussion on the Achievement and the Developing Trend in Titanium Metallurgy |

Abstract: | Recent achievements in titanium metallurgy in China are reviewed. Strategies to promote the advancement of titanium metal and titanium dioxide industry are also proposed on the basis of analyzing and comparing the status and technical trend of China with that of the world. The strategies are as follows: to strengthen survey for titanium mineral reserve, to realize large scale production of titanium feedstocks(including titanium mineral, synthetic rutile, and high titania slag), to keep continual development of titanium dioxide at high-technical level, to enhance production of titanium metal and to develop new technologies for decreasing cost of titanium products and promoting extensive use of titanium metal. |
