卤水-氨法纳米氢氧化镁的制备研究

摘    要:在常压下氨法合成纳米氢氧化镁方法的基础上,通过试验,研究了氨水pH值、Mg2+浓度、氨水滴加速度、温度和分散剂用量等因素对纳米氢氧化镁制备的影响。根据XRD和SEM测试结果,提出了制备纳米氢氧化镁的适宜工艺条件:氨水的pH值13.5、氯化镁溶液浓度为0.5mol/L、氨水的加料速度2.0mL/min、反应温度50~60℃、反应时间60min、分散剂用量为MgCl2量的2%和理想溶剂为乙醇和水的混合溶剂,其体积比为1∶2~1∶1。

Abstract:Nanometer magnesium hydroxide was prepared by ammonia method under the atmospheric pressure. The influences of pH of ammonia, concentration of Mgc12 , rate of ammonia addtion, reaction temperature and dispersant dosage were studied. Based on the test results of XRD and SEM, the optimal technological conditions for nanometer magnesium hydroxide are as follows : the pH of ammonia is 14 ; the concentration of MgCl2 is 0.5 mol/L; the rate of adding ammonia is 2.0 mL/min ; the reaction temperature is 50 ℃-60 ℃ and the time is 60 rain; the dispersant dosage is 2% weight of MgCl2 ; the ideal solvent is mixture of ethanol and water which volume ratio is 1: 2-1: 1.
