| 摘 要： | 在钻井工程中,钻头用于破碎岩石形成井眼。钻头的类型、质量优劣与岩性及钻井工艺条件是否适应对钻井速度、钻井成本和井身质量有直接影响。钻头的优选方法可分为三类:岩石力学参数法、钻头使用效果评价法及综合法。介绍常见的几种优选方法,分析目前各种钻头选型方法的基本思想、基本原理和简要的操作流程,及其适用情况和优缺点。最后指出,最佳的钻头优选方法应当是综合考虑钻头工作性能和岩石力学特性,同时兼顾钻头直接和潜在经济效益。 |
