微波烧结Nd:YAG透明陶瓷及工艺研究

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法和微波烧结工艺制备掺杂钕离子浓度为1.0%(分子百分数)的Nd:YAG透明陶瓷。研究前驱粉体煅烧制度对粉体的纯度、粒度和晶相生成的影响,同时探索微波烧结法制备Nd:YAG陶瓷的工艺方法。结果表明,溶胶凝胶法制得的Nd:YAG粉体晶相转换温度低于固相合成法,900℃煅烧温度可完全形成YAG晶相。煅烧温度和升...

Abstract:1.0% neodymium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd:YAG) transparent ceramic was fabricated by a sol-gel method and microwave sintering.Research on the effect of the precursor powder calcined system of powder's purity,granularity and crystalling phase,and explored the preparation methods of Nd: YAG transparent ceramic by microwave sintering.The Nd: YAG powder crystalling phase inversion temperature prepared by sol-gel method is inferior to that by solid-phase synthesis method,calcining temperature at 900℃ can form YAG crystalling phase fully.The Nd: YAG transparent ceramic has poor microwave absorbing properties and need high quality thermal insulation material,and sintering agent with high quality microwave absorbing properties.
