| 摘 要： | 介绍了中冶葫芦岛有色金属集团有限公司煤气发生炉配烧型煤带来的生产安全隐患和环境污染等一系列问题及解决的方法。通过多次氮气封实验后,对煤气发生炉的相关设备和管路设施进行了必要性的改造,解决了加料部位和放散管跑冒煤气的现象,该项氮气封技术改造不仅解决了煤气生产过程中的实际问题,同时给企业带来了一定的经济效益。
