TRIZ理论在组合式移动喷漆室故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:TRIZ理论是一种高效解决问题的办法。利用TRIZ理论,通过对系统的39个通用工程参数的分析,查询阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵,得到相应的解决方案模型。通过对设备运行具体情况的分析,得到故障预测的具体解决方法,并对采用的方法如何在工程实际中进行应用进行了详细地解释。整个方案安全可靠、经济实用,投入使用后,在实际应用中得到良好的反映。

Abstract:TRIZ theory is a kind of high efficient solution to the problem.The corresponding solution model was obtained by using TRIZ theory,analyzing of 39 general engineering parameters and inquiring the G.S.Altshuller contradictions matrix.The concrete solutions of fault forecasts were got by analyzing of the concrete conditions.How to perform the adopted method in the application of engineering practice were explained in detail.The whole scheme was safe and reliable,economical and practical,after it had been used...
