注塑机变频驱动节能分析与控制系统研究

摘    要:传统注塑机定量液压泵以恒定的转速提供恒定流量,造成较大的溢流损失。采用比例流量、比例压力信号动态控制变频器的输出频率,从而控制液压泵电动机的转速,适应不同工作阶段的压力和流量需要,大大减少溢流损失,实现变压节能。改造后的液压系统节能效果明显。

Abstract:Injection molding machine hydraulic pump motor drive at a constant speed to provide a constant flow,a larger overflow loss was then produced.The output frequency of the inverter was designed to be controlled dynamically by adopting the rate of flow amount and the pressure scales.Accordingly,the rotate speed of oil pump electric machine was controlled.Owing to changing directly with pressure and flow of the injection molding system,energy-saving was achieved by transformation.Inverter external interface circ...
