摘    要:合成氨生产中醋酸铜氨液释放出来再生气流程,经过工艺流程改进、洗氨塔结构改造,洗涤水循环利用、停用氨水提浓塔、稀氨水直接送尿素生产,到节约能源、简化流程,满足清洁环保和后工序生产的要求。介绍了吸收塔上段塔高的计算。

Abstract:In renewable gas flow process from acetate-copper-ammonia solution during synthetic ammonia production, the process flow is innovated, structure of ammonia washing tower is improved, washing water is recycled, ammonia water contraction tower is terminated and diluted ammonia water is sent directly to urea production, thus energy is saved and process is simplified to meet the requirements of clean and environmental production and post-treatments. Calculation of upper stage in the adsorption tower is introduced.
