| 摘 要： | 消防行政补偿是我国行政补偿制度的一个组成部分，现行法律法规对其规定过于原则，补偿范围过小，缺乏具体标准，使消防行政补偿制度实际运行效果欠佳。分析了我国消防行政补偿的历史、现状和存在的问题，论述了完善消防行政补偿制度的必要性、可行性，提出了完善我国消防行政补偿制度的总体思路。

By trace the history of fire administrative compensation, analyze the nowadays state and the existing problems. Discusses the necessity and incredibility of improvement on fire administrative compensation and put forward a general sketch. |
