基于电力系统全桥软开关的DC/DC变换器

摘    要:分析了移相全桥软开关拓扑结构,对主电路参数进行了设计,指出控制电路具有由电压环和电流环双环控制相结合的特点。研制了2-2KW的电力系统用直流操作电源,通过分析采集的相关波形和考察电源效率,验证了所研制的电源开关管是零电压开通和截止,并且在性能上也达到了设计要求。

Abstract:This paper analyzes in brief the phase-shifted full bridge zero voltage soft switch(ZVS)topology,designs the main circuit parameter,and points out the control circuit characteristics combining the voltage loop and the current loop.Then,a 2.2KW direct-current operation power supply in electric system is developed.On the basic of an analysis of the waveforms collected and the testing of power supply efficiency,the paper verifies the MOSFETS are zero-voltage switch,and proves the power supply has attained the function required.
