摘    要:为保证电力系统经济可靠运行,对独立运行发电系统中的分布式电源容量进行合理地优化配置。首先,考虑风光出力不确定性,建立了相应发电单元的概率模型,基于图论法建立了最优切负荷模型,利用基于拉丁超立方抽样的蒙特卡洛法对风光出力进行模拟,采用随机潮流进行计算;其次,以考虑环境效益、网损费用、投资成本的综合经济成本及最优切负荷量为目标函数;最后,采用多目标粒子群算法求解得到最优电源容量配置。计算结果表明,基于分布式电源优化配置模型求解得到的电源容量配置方案保证经济性的同时兼顾了可靠性。IEEE-30节点系统算例表明模型和算法简单有效。

Abstract:To ensure the power system operates economically and reliably,optimal sitting and sizing of distributed generation is reasonably planned in a stand-alone microgrid. At first,probability models of wind-photovoltaic generating units and optimal load shedding model based on graph theory method are established considering output power uncertainties of wind-photovoltaic units. Monte Carlo method based on Latin Hypercube sampling is adopted to simulate output power of wind – photovoltaic units,and probabilistic power flow is applied to calculate power flow.Comprehensive economic considering environmental benefits,the network loss costs,investment costs and optimal cutting load are taken as the objective functions. At last,multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve out the configuration programs. Results show that the configuration programs not only can ensure economic of microgrid but also can make the microgrid operate reliably. The numerical example of IEEE-30 bus system shows that the model and method are simple and effective.
