| 摘 要： | 未增塑聚氯乙烯（UPVC）配方拟定后，高速混合机的加料量、加料顺序、混合温度和混合耐间等因素，都会对聚氯乙烯（PVC）干混料的质量和产量有重要影响，这里仅从几个工艺控制点来分析影响的因素、程度及解决方案。

| Abstract: | Having unplasticized polyvinyl chloride （UPVC） formulation intended, the feeding quantity, feeding order, mixing temperature, mixing time and other factors of high-speed mixer will play an important impact on the quality and production of polyvinyl chloride （PVC） dry mixtures. This paper analyzes factors and extents of the impact and solutions only from a few process control points. |
