输电铁塔钢管构件轴压承载力研究

摘    要:由于输电线路钢管铁塔真型试验发现,现行钢管构件轴压承载力计算方法偏于保守,需要进一步优化钢管构件承载力计算方法。通过对不同径厚比、不同长细比的钢管构件进行承载力试验,并采用有限元仿真分析进行对比,提出一种考虑径厚比影响的钢管构件轴压承载力计算公式,其计算结果与构件试验结果更加吻合,为行业规范修编提供参考。

Abstract:The prototypical testing results of the tube steel tower of power transmission line indicate that the current calculation methods provide a conservative prediction about the axial compressive bearing capacity,and the steeltube element bearing capacity calculation method need to be further optimized. Based on the experimental tests on the bearing capacity of steel-tube elements with different radius-thickness ratio and aspect ratio being carried out,and with the help of finite element analysis,a predictive equation for the axial compressive bearing capacity of steel-tube element is proposed,considering to the influence of radius-thickness ratio. It is observed that the calculation results are agreed satisfactorily well with the experimental results,which could act as a reference for the revision of current specification.
