摘    要:选用经硼酸酯干法改性的广西北海高岭土取代白炭黑,通过两种混炼工艺制备改性高岭土/天然橡胶复合材料。主要考察混炼工艺对橡胶复合材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,混炼工艺对不同填料填充的胶料硫化特性影响不一致,采用先加小料后加填料的混炼工艺的胶料门尼黏度略高,物理性能、耐老化性能整体较好,动态压缩性能略差。

Abstract:In this study, silica was all replaced by Beihai kaolin which was dry modified with boric acid ester coupling agent. Modified kaolin was filled in nature rubber through two kinds of mixing technology. The effect of mixing technology on the mechanical properties of the rubber composites was mainly researched. The results showed that mixing technology has different effects on curing characteristics of compounds which were filled with different fillers. The composites possessed better physical properties and anti-aging properties, but the Mooney viscosity is slightly higher and dynamic compression performance was slightly worse.
