| 摘 要： | 着重针对半钢子午胎一段成型机正反包装置的结构特点进行了分析，并结合产品特点举例介绍了一套行之有效的加工工艺措施。目前这套工艺措施已在加工过程中得到了广泛的应用，并产生了实际价值。

| Abstract: | This paper emphatically studied the structural features of the turn up and down unit unit of first stage building machine for semi-steel radial tire, and combined with the product features introduced a set of effective measures of the processing technology with example. At present the technological measure had been widely used in machining process, and provided real value. |
