聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮对聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮/聚己内酯半互穿网络水凝胶性能的影响

摘    要:在乙酸乙酯中,以聚己内酯(PCL)和N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮为原料,制备了聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)/PCL半互穿网络水凝胶(简称水凝胶),考察了PVP含量对水凝胶的热性能、溶胀率、力学性能和降解性能的影响。实验结果表明,干水凝胶的熔融温度为58.6~62.7℃,与PCL的熔融温度无明显差别;PVP质量分数为0,30%,50%,70%时,水凝胶中PCL的结晶度分别为46.37%,32.23%,29.43%,19.82%;随PVP含量的增加,水凝胶溶胀率增大,断裂强度降低,断裂伸长率减小;随引发剂用量的增加,水凝胶溶胀率先增大后减小,断裂强度降低,断裂伸长率先增大后减小;在84d内水凝胶中PVP的质量分数分别为0,30%,50%,70%时,PCL的降解率分别为1.39%,5.56%,6.35%,7.94%。

Abstract:Polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)/polycaprolactone(PCL) semi-interpenetrating hydrogels were prepared from PCL and N-vinylpyrrolidone in medium of ethyl acetate. Thermal properties of the dry hydrogels were measured by means of DSC. Melting temperature of PCL in semi-interpenetrating PVP/PCL hydrgels keep at 58.6 to 62.7 ℃ and melting peak areas change with PVP content. Crystallinity of PCL in the dry hydrogels were approximately 46.37%,32.23%,29.43%,19.82% when PVP content were 0,30%,50%,70% respectively. Swelling ratio of hydrogels rose with increase of PVP content,rose first and then dropped with increase of initiator azobisisobutyronitrile dosage. Breaking strength of copolymer membrane dropped with increment of PVP content,or rose with decrease of initiator dosage. Breaking tensile of the hydrogels also dropped with increment of PVP content,or first rose and then dropped with increasing of initiator dosage. Degradation ratio of PCL were 1.39%,5.56%,6.35%,7.94% within 84 d when PVP content were 0,30%,50%,70% respectively.
