两批国产钯碳催化剂使用初期状况分析

分析了中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司精对苯二甲酸（PTA）装置先后采用的两批国产钯碳催化剂使用状况。在两种催化剂的使用初期，PTA的产品质量均发生了波动，对羧基苯甲醛含量异常升高，后经过工艺调整使产品质量趋于稳定．经分析发现后一批催化剂的质量明显优于前者．并总结出碱洗等有利于产品质量稳定的工艺方案。

Analysis on Indigenous Palladium-carbon Catalyst in Initial Operation

The operation condition of indigenous palladium-carbon catalyst was analyzed, two batches of the catalysts used in purified terephthalic acid （PTA） unit sequentially. In initial stage of the two catalysts applied, quality of the PTA was instability, the content of 4-carboxy benzaldehyde increased abnormally, then the quality stabilized by adjustment of process parameters. It was found that quality of the second batch catalyst surpassed the first and alkali cleaning helped stability of the product quality.
