摘    要:采用交联聚丙烯酸钠(CPAAS)为吸水材料,制备了氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)/CPAAS共混型吸水膨胀橡胶(WSR),并对其力学性能、吸水性能、微观结构及粘弹行为进行了研究。结果表明,随着CPAAS用量的增加,WSR的吸水率显著提高,当CPAAS用量为60份时,室温条件下700h的吸水率高达1200%;2次及3次吸水率显著提高,失重率明显降低;FE-SEM观察表明,吸水干燥后,样品表面出现明显的孔洞,导致2次及3次吸水速率提高;粘弹行为研究表明,应变扫描时,WSR存在明显的Payne效应。

Abstract:A new water-swellable rubber (WSR) based on chlorinated polyethylene (CM) vulcani- zates was prepared by incorporating with crosslinked sodium polyacrylate (CPAAS). The mechanical properties, water-swelling behavior and morphology of the WSR were investigated. The results showed that with the content of CPAAS increasing, the water-swelling ratios were increased remark- ably; when the content of CPAAS was 60 phr, the first water-swelling ratio of WSR in distilled water could exceed 1200 % at 700 hours. Moreover, the secondary and the third water-swelling behaviors of the prepared WSR showed the significantly improved water-swelling ratio and the remarkable decrea- sing of weight loss. The FE-SEM showed that the surface of the dried WSR was fluctuant seriously and the significant cavities could be found. The typical Payne effect could be found in the strain sweep of the WSR.
