天津大港电厂微油点火系统调试方法研究

摘    要:本文概述了天津大港大电厂#3#4锅炉微油点火系统的设计方案,具体分析了微点火燃烧系统的组成和各部分的调试步骤,同时介绍了锅炉启动前和启动时的调试过程。通过实践证明,按照本文介绍的调试方案,3#、4#机组微油点火一次点火成功。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the micro-oil ignition system design scheme of the Tianjin Dagang power plant # 3 # 4 boiler,and detailed analysis the composition of the micro-oil ignition system and debugging procedures of it each part,at the same time,introduce the debugging process of before starting the boiler and boiler start-up.Through practices have proved that according to this paper introduced debugging projects,3#、4# units succeed ignition.
