高深宽比小孔内径的检测装置研究

摘    要:在深小孔测量中由于其测量操作不便,效率低。测量中的难度较大。文中将接触式测量方法和非接触式测量方法相融合利用光纤传感器方法测量小孔。它融合了光纤非接触与接触式探头二者的优点。并对系统的误差进行了分析。并且实现低成本高回报、操作较简便的检测装置。

Abstract:Due to measurements maneuver and low efficiency in the high draw ratio deep hole,measurements had difficult.This paper introduction the methods that fusion the contact measurement methods and non-contact measurement method using optical fiber sensor to measure the hole.It combines the advantages both fiber-optic non-contact and probe contact-type,and analyzed systematic errors,detection device achieved low-cost and high returns,the operation are more simple.
