| 摘 要： | 根据制造业远程服务系统的特点,将其组织模式分成了“一对一”、“一对多”等形式,研究了不同的组织模式的特点和适合的企业类型,并根据新的制造模式发展的需要,提出了专业化第三方服务模式是最适合未来制造业客户服务的组织模式。
