摘    要:2000年4月9日晚8:00,西藏林芝地区波密县境内的易贡湖旁发生体积约2.8 ̄3.0亿m^3巨型滑坡,形成堰塞坝堵塞一条年平均流量达378m^3/s的河流,是国内外罕见的地质灾害。分析了滑坡成因,采用危害,采用非工程措施和工程措施并重的抢险救灾预案的必要性;介绍了抢险的实施情况。科学的态度、果敢的决策、因地制宜的措施、强有力的施工手段是易贡滑坡堵江灾害事件减灾取得成功的关键。

Abstract:The massive landslide in Yigong, with its volume up to 280~300 million m3, became a weir dam blocking up a river with an average annual discharge of 378 m3/s, and was a rare geological disaster in China and abroad. Contributing factors and potential damages of the landslide, necessity of the predetermined scheme of urgent treatment and disaster relief to take nonstructural measures together with structural ones are analyzed. The implementation situation of urgent treatment is presented. It is pointed out that the scientific attitude, resolute decision, measures suitable to local conditions, powerful construction tools are the successful key to decreasing the disaster caused by the landslide and river blocking-up in Yigong, Tibet.
