摘    要:石油开采中,油管内壁杆状磨损和内外壁大面积腐蚀引起的油管壁厚减薄是造成油管失效的主要原因之一。提出了一种利用布置在磁通测量桥路中的集成霍尔元件测量油管壁厚的磁桥路方法,对其测量灵敏度、精度和量程等进行了讨论。该方法为表现受泥或其它非导磁性材料覆盖的旧油管的现场定量检测提供了新的方法与手段。

Abstract:During production process, loss of wall thickness such as rod wear, relatively large areas of corrosion is one of the main sources of failure of used oil well tubing. A new magnetic bridge based method is described, which employs integrated Hall elements arranged in the magnetic flux measuring bridges to measure the wall thickness of a tube. The potential detection capabilities such as measurement sensitivity, accuracy, range, etc are also discussed. The method is especially suitable for in situ quantitative inspection of the used oil well tubings covered with drilling mud or other non magnetic matter.
