碳纤维水泥基复合材料电热层的热应力分析

摘    要:当碳纤维水泥基复合材料(CFRC)电热层与混凝土层固定在一起并且通电使之发热时,电热层的热膨胀受到限制将会产生热应力。本文首先建立了一定尺寸的CFRC电热层的热应力分析模型,采用有限元方法研究了不同的发热温度时CFRC的八面体剪应力,得出当发热温度较高时电热层的破坏危险性较大。

Abstract:When the electrothermal layer of carbon fiber reinforced concrete (CFRC) is bonded with the ordinary concrete layer, thermal stress may bright out. The analytic model of the thermal stress is made on a certain size of CFRC layer with different heating temperatures, and finite element method is used to calculate the octahedral shear stress. The result shows that the higher heating temperature has the larger danger of breakage.
