摘    要:采用钕铁硼废料处理废渣、铁屑等为原料,通过H2SO4浸出、除杂后得净化液.按MnZn铁氧体配方加入硫酸锰和硫酸锌制成料液,以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂进行沉淀,再经干燥、研磨、焙烧后得MnZn铁氧体微粉.通过差热差重分析(TG-DTA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)对产物进行表征.结果表明,所得到的微粉近球形、粒径约为50nm、活性高、纯度高.

Abstract:Using waste from recycling the NdFeB scrap and iron scale as raw materials,immersing it by H2SO4 and purifying,the purified liquid of Fe2 was obtained. ZnSO4 and MnSO4 was added in it and co-precipitated by NH4HCO3. After drying,grinding and roasting,Mn-Zn ferrite powder was obtained. The characterization of the powder inspected by XRD,TEM,ICP-AES indicated that the particle is near to sphere with particle size of about 50nm and have high activity and purity.
