导弹装配测试厂房安全距离标准及应用

摘    要:介绍了国内外关于爆炸品的危险分项和爆炸品的量、距离定义以及量-距离关系,划分了导弹典型推进剂装药的危险等级;详细分析了爆炸品药量和安全距离的确定标准、确定原则及计算公式,列举了相关爆炸品的大量药量-安全距离数据;最后举例计算了2种推进剂装药的美国潜射战略导弹三叉戟-Ⅱ装配测试厂房的典型内部和外部安全距离,以供相关设计人员参考.

The Safety Distance Standard for Assembly Test Building of Missiles

Abstract:The hazard division, definition of distance and quantity-distance relationship for explosives in UN, US, NATO, China and other organizations are introduced briefly. The hazard grade of typical propel- lant for missiles are plotted, the confirm standards, confirm principles and calculate equations of quantity- distance for HD1.1 and HD1.3 explosives are described particularly, the explosive quantity-safety distance datum tables of relative explosives are listed largely. The internal safety distance and exterior safety dis- tance for assembly test building of United States submarine launch strategic missile Trident- 11 are calculat- ed in the end, considering the difference of HTPB propellant and NEPE propellant, which may be useful to the consult of relative designing personnel.
