摘    要:针对分布式光栅传感网络中由于制作工艺和预应力等因素导致的中心波长不匹配问题,设计了基于半导体制冷器(TEC)的温度控制系统,提高了解调系统的解调范围和精度。基于ARM+LTCl923+高精度DA的系统构架实现了同时对多路TEC温度的精确控制,达到了调节分布式光栅传感网络中作为参考的每路光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)中心波长的目的,使得各参考光栅与其相应的传感光栅中心波长得以匹配。实验结果表明:该系统可重复性良好,并在一定的温度范围内有较高的调控精度。

Abstract:Aiming at mismatching problem of central wavelength caused by fabrication technology and prestress in distributed grating sensor networks, a temperature control system based on thermoelectric cooler (TEC)is designed, which improves demodulation range and precision of the demodulation system. Architecture of the system based on ARM +LTC1923 +high precision DA realizes precise temperature control of multiple TECs at the same time,which achieves to modulate the central wavelength of each path of the reference fiber Bragg grating (FBG) in distributed FBG sensor networks, which makes the referrence FBG' s central wavelength match well with its sense FBG. Experimental results show that this system has good repeatability , and the control precision is high in specific temperature range.
