摘    要:阐述了活塞类零件热处理工艺流程和控制要求,分析了在热处理工艺执行过程中存在的难点,通过对零件在底装料式多用炉热处理过程中金相组织的变化和同轴度变形规律开展研究,成功解决了活塞类零件淬火变形问题,实现了工艺流程优化、提高产品质量的目的,并有效降低了制造成本.

Heat Treatment Process of the Piston Parts

Abstract:This paper describes the piston parts heat treatment process and control requirements, and ana- lyzes the difficulties existing in the heat treatment process of the implementation process, through the change of the microstructure of the parts in the bottom loading type multipurpose furnace heat treatment process and coaxial deformation research, which solves the problem of deformation of the piston parts quenching the purpose of process, improve product quality, process optimization, and effectively reduces the cost of manufacture.
