摘    要:用燃速测试、TG/DTG热分析和燃烧波结构测试研究了含1,4,5,8-四硝基-1,4,5,8-四氮杂萘烷(TNAD)改性双基推进剂的燃烧性能;结果表明:用等质量的TNAD替代RDX,可提高推进剂燃速、降低中低压下的压强指数;与RDX相比,TNAD的热分解速率较快,放热趋于集中,且对NC和NG的热分解具有促进作用;此外,TNAD还能增强推进剂气相氧化还原反应的激烈程度,同时加快推进剂凝聚相的传热速率.

Abstract:The combustion characteristics of modified double base propellant containing TNAD were inves- tigated by means of burning rate test, TG/DTG and combustion wave test. The results show that the burn- ing rate increases and pressure index decreases as RDX is replaced by TNAD in propellant. The thermoli- sis properties of NC and NG are affected obvious by TNAD, and the decomposition sensitivity of TNAD is stronger than RDX. In addition, the reaction rate of gaseous phase and heat transfer rate of condensed phase are enhanced as a result of RDX is replaced by TNAD.
