摘    要:提高肥料利用率是中国肥料未来发展的重点,"质量替代数量"是低碳经济时代中国肥料产业的发展之路。缓释肥料是低碳经济时代的新型增值肥料,是肥料未来发展的重要方向之一。我国缓释肥料产业虽然起步晚,但发展速度快,已逐渐成为世界缓释肥料生产和消费大国。我国缓释肥料未来发展应以面向大田作物为主战场,更加重视自主创新,逐步建成有中国特色的缓释肥料研究、生产、使用、评价和监管的产业体系。

Abstract:With increasing fertilizer use efficiency being the development focus in the future, and improving fertilizer production of quality-oriented structure instead of quantity-oriented being the development path in low- carbon economy times in China's fertilizer industry, slow release fertilizer, as a new fertilizer with added-value under low-carbon economy times, is one of the types of fertilizer with great potential. Although it comes into being in China quite late; its development speed is high. China has gradually become the most important country both slow release fertilizer production and consumption. The development goal of slow release fertilizer in China is mainly field crops-oriented target, to emphasize the technology innovation and to construct an industrial system of Chinese characteristics with its own research, production, application, evaluation and inspection eventually.
