金平镍矿Ⅰ号岩体镍矿石新工艺试验研究

摘    要:金平镍矿矿石性质复杂,属于极难选矿石。原现场生产工艺选别指标不甚理想。为改善原有工艺,提高选矿厂效益,我们进行了大量的试验研究,最终确定了新的选别工艺。与现场生产工艺相比,新工艺具有不脱泥以及扫选泡沫再磨再选等特点。新工艺开路试验使镍精矿品位达到3.24%(3.14%),回收率达65.74%(67.96%)。

THE NEW CRAFT STUDY TO JINPING NO.1 NICKEL ORE

Abstract:The nickel ore of JinPing is very difficult to separate.The concentrate's index of production craft is not very perfect.So,after a series of experiment,the new craft has been determined.The new craft has two characteristic.One is non-desliming craft but to use the depressing reagent to depress the mire and control the trend of mire.Another is to concentrate the scavenger froth into regrinding and recleaning.The result indicates that,the new craft is prefer to the production craft.The final result is that,the grade of Ni concentrate is 3.24%(3.14%) and the recovery of Ni is 65.74%(67.96%).
