复杂电磁环境下炮兵指挥信息系统效能评估

摘    要:复杂电磁环境下炮兵指挥信息系统效能评估应用模糊综合评判、层次分析法等数学方法实现。该指标体系从信息能力、指挥控制和综合保障能力等方面评价了炮兵指挥信息系统的效能,通过权重确定、指标量化及科学分析,得出了评估效能。

Abstract:The efficiency evaluation of artillery command information system under complicated electromagnetic environment is realized by means of the mathematical methods such as the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierachy process(AHP) method. The index system evaluates the efficiency of artillery command information system from the aspects of information ability, command control ability and synthetical guarantee ability, etc. ,and fetches the evaluation efficiency by confirming the weight,quantizing the indexes and scientifically analyzing them.
