| 摘 要： | 基于H．264实时编码器设计与实现是目前视频通信领域的热点问题。针对TMS320DM642系统结构与平台特性，作者在H.264算法与DSP这两个核心方面系统阐述了实时编码器设计的优化技术与实现方法，提出了相应的优化思路。经实验验证，可为实际应用奠定良好实验基础。

Considering the system's architecture and characteristic of TMS320DM642, some optimization technologies about H.264 algorithm and DSP, which can provide useful reference in video applications, are proposed. |
