基于PDX的电器接线卡多工位级进模具设计

摘    要:通过基于Pro/E的软件外挂PDX的电器接线卡零件的多工位级进模设计,介绍了运用PDX设计级进模的方法和步骤,分析了PDX设计过程中的难点和要点。应用Pro/E及其外挂PDX软件,实现了电器接线卡级进模的零件及组件的3D参数化设计,提高了设计效率,缩短了级进模开发周期。
