| 摘 要： | 本文就现行模拟声音广播系统与数字声音广播系统的差异，提出发展高质量数字声音广播系统的意义，介绍了发达国家对该课题研究的概况，讲座了数字声音卫星广播和数字声音地面广插系统的特点，并详细阐述了其主要构成部分：信源编码、信道编码及数字调制技术。
