| 摘 要： | 为了提高工艺品模具的使用寿命以满足批量生产的要求,选用锌基合金代替石膏制作模具,采用多次浇注新工艺解决了浇注时的气孔问题,得到表面质量较高的模具。

| Abstract: | To prolong the life time of artware dies and meet the demand of batch production, Zn alloy is selected to substitate for plastor to make dies. The problem of abscess is solved by the new process of many castings. High quality surface of the dies are gained by the adoption of the process. |
